ENTPERPRISE ARCHITECTURE:

The Enterprise Architecture (EA) Team manages the company technology investment roadmap.  EA partners with business and Information Management teams to align roadmaps to key business outcomes, sequence initiatives and provide guidance for technology standards used across the organization.  

SUMMARY:

The Technology Foundations team seeks a highly talented and motivated Head of Enterprise Architecture.  This role has overall accountability for Enterprise Architecture function within Technology Foundations organization. The function is responsible for architecture standards, reference architectures in support of enterprise IT portfolio planning, digital innovation/new capabilities

The position will manage an organization of approximately 5-6 direct reports

This role will partner with Infrastructure, Cyber-Security, Strategic Platforms and Customer Facing IT to develop and maintain applications, technology, data and integrations roadmaps.  Additionally, the EA function will act in an advisory role to answer architectural questions during the implementation of new technology solutions. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and manage enterprise architecture strategy and operating model in support of enterprise strategy and portfolio
  • Lead end-to-end development of business, solution and reference architectures
  • Implement and ensure EA Methodology is applied across entire functional portfolio
  • Establish strong working relationships with senior business and technology leaders in order to support portfolio planning and execution
  • Stay current with industry technology trends and introduce best practices to our Company's IT
  • Provide global team leadership across all technology hubs within EA function
  • Set team's annual deliverables/objectives and performance goals
  • Establish, develop and maintain EA standards documentation
  • Establish, develop and maintain 3-year technology roadmaps for the company
  • This role will require regular interaction with a broad range of business users and will require frequent in person discussions.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of significant large-scale technology leadership
  • 6++ years in leading Architecture functions
  • 5+ years in hands-on software engineering
  • Travel will be required (~20%)
  • Technical leadership – Hands-on experience in developing technology architectures

EDUCATION:

Minimum BS/BA or greater related to computer science or data science or other relevant experience.
