About the position

The Senior People Manager - Brazil is responsible for supporting the commercial function in the country acting as a People Generalist in the following areas: recruitment and selection, employee relations, compensation, benefits, employment law compliance, performance management, organizational development, training, and special projects.
This position reports solid line to the Senior People Director for the International Region and work in close collaboration with all Leaders in Commercial and All Functions in the region.

Responsabilities

  • Serve as an advisor to support business objectives and company people strategy and programs in alignment with Regional and Global People strategy and guidelines.
  • Conduct Talent Acquisition efforts for continued team growth (commercial and all functions) while maintaining alignment with regional and corporate guidance.
  • Support, develop and implement corporate training and development programs to support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Manage personnel administration processes while maintaining alignment with service providers.
  • Maintain an alignment with the financial area to ensure the correct calculation and payment of payroll.
  • Support the Compensation and benefits strategy with the knowledge of the local conditions of the assigned countries maintaining the alignment with the general philosophy of compensation and benefits of the company.
  • Review and develop local HR policies that align with regional guidelines and company policies.
  • Track and manage spending on related training events and projects.
  • Provision and validation of benefits and benchmarking of benefits, including health, retirement and life insurance, allowances, paid time off and other benefits that are considered customary and/or mandatory in the region.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding Safety, Ergonomics and Hygiene in the workplace.
  • Lead the Facilities Committee aligned with the global responsible, following up on the compliance with the Good Practices Handbook and the implementation of the required measures for the proper functioning of the office.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in administrative areas or psychology
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources areas and at least 5 years as a Business Partner and with knowledge in all Human Resources sub-processes
  • Strategic vision as well as results oriented
  • Fluent English is mandatory
