SUMMARY

The Manager of Business and Market Insights will play a critical role in providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to support our business objectives. This position involves conducting comprehensive market research, analyzing data, and delivering insights that will inform our marketing strategies, lifecycle management, and overall business growth. The geographical scope of this role includes international markets, excluding the US, Brazil, Japan, Germany, and Italy.

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Lead primary and secondary market research to gather data and insights on market trends, patient journey, market mapping, and other ad-hoc strategic projects across key International markets.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain market models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Business Units, commercial teams in markets, and other teams, to provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Work closely with Business Unitsand directly with markets to ensure alignment and integration of insights into business strategies.
  • Monitor and report on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activities in the specified markets.
  • Leverage secondary datasets to derive business dynamics trends.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market research methodologies and best practices.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in market research, business analytics, or a related role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
