SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
State the overall function or purpose of the job.
This position will be supporting the Regional Sales Operations & Strategy activities in Latin America reporting directly to the Regional Director of Sales Operations & Strategy. The regional Sales Operations & strategy team is responsible for supporting the local countries in their strategic planning, serving as bridge with Global teams to ensure continuous supply of our products, designing and implementing Commercial Incentive Compensation plans and serving as Business Intelligence hub for the region.
This person will be a key part of the team, mainly supporting Business Intelligence implementing Data Governance processes, educating commercial teams on data collection and in parallel supporting on the creating of processes for our Incentive Compensation plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES
List the major responsibilities of the job.
 Execute strategies and tactics through Business Intelligence to enhance the effectiveness the Commercial teams throughout the Region.
 Elaborate and deliver analyses of the business in Latin America.
 Support the creation of Data Governance processes and trainings.
 Support de design, implementation and monitoring of Regional and Local commercial KPIs of our business.
 Support on the creation of Commercial Incentive Compensation processes.
 Monitor progress of Sales Plans and provide insights on pacing, opportunities, and strengths

SCOPE
Quantify the scope or impact of the job in terms of revenue, expenses, capital investment, headcount, etc.
This position will support Latin America Headquarter from the Sales Operations & Strategy team.

EDUCATION
State both the minimum and the preferred educational attainment (or equivalent experience), and describe essential and desired subject matter, certifications, special training, etc.
• Student of last semesters of Industrial and Sytems Engineering (IIS) , Innovation and Development Engineering (IID), Digital Business Transformation Engineering (ITD), Data Science and Math Engineering (IDM), Bachelor in Business Intelligence (LIT), Bachelor in Strategy and Business Transformation (LAET), Bachelor in Business Administration (LAE)


EXPERIENCE
State both the minimum and the preferred number of years of relevant experience, and describe the essential functions of the job.
 High level of proactiveness and self starter
 Eagerness to learn with professional guidance
 Great oral and communication skills
 Knowledge of MS Office (specially MS Excel)
 Fast responsiveness and sense of responsibility
 Great planning and organization skills
 Big plus: Familiarity with Tableau and Salesforce.com; familiar with databases management and analyses creation
