Sales Operation Coordinator

BioMarin’s Commercial organization supports our global sales and marketing efforts around the world. Our global sales force continues to solidify the company’s commercial presence in the United States and Europe and is rapidly growing in other regions, such as Latin America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.   • Follow up product quotations from payers (State Secretaries of Health and Minister of Health) and report to Commercial team;
  • Coordinate importation process with local Regulatory and Quality areas, based on local regulatory laws (ANVISA RDC’s);
  • Coordinate shipment with global Supply Chain and Customer Service areas, ensuring correct product documentation, handling and shipment;
  • Support local customs clearance with broker agent;
  • Data logger (temperature monitoring equipment) readout at airport;
  • Support local Quality team to ensure correct product nationalization;
  • Coordinate free-of-charge product importation.


  • Business Administration degree or similar;
  • English: Advanced level required;
  • Spanish: Intermediate level desired;
  • MS Office: Advanced level required.


  • Preferably a minimum 3 years of experience with drug importation process. In-house experience at a pharmaceutical/biotechnology organization is a differential; 
  • Deep knowledge in Brazilian regulatory laws (ANVISA RDC’s); 
  • Deep knowledge in foreign trade process (e.g. Incoterms); 
  • Demonstrated effectiveness operating in complex organizational and regulatory environments; 
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills; 
  • Proven ability to work with all levels of management and the general workforce;
