Associate Product Manager, LSD

The Associate Product Manager is responsible for executing marketing strategy and tactics for North America (US, Canada and Puerto Rico) to support the Rare Disease product portfolio. This role represents a unique opportunity to develop as a well-rounded marketer across a variety of projects in a dynamic, growing team. 


Works with marketing team members to:

  • Execute professional and caregiver/patient marketing materials including management of PRB submission and review process
  • Supports advocacy and KOL tactics; including but not limited to speaker bureaus, advisory boards, educational tactics, and diagnostic initiatives
  • Support the congress plan and presence
  • Support and manage internal and external cross-functional groups as well as external vendors to ensure integration and consistency of professional business strategies and regulatory compliance of materials
  • Operate quickly and collaboratively in a fast-paced, demanding launch environment
  • Partners collaboratively with key commercial stakeholders including sales, clinical coordinators, patient services, sales operations and learning and development 

  • 2-3 years of agency experience (pharmaceutical account management) or marketing experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry required. 
  • Orphan drug experience preferred.
  • Excellent project management, attention to detail and executional experience is a must have. Solid understanding of the US pharmaceutical compliance environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. Solid business skills and a good understanding of the US pharmaceutical market.
  • Humility, drive/hunger and people skills.
  • A professional that highly values patient-centricity, respect, accountability, innovation, ethics and continuous learning.
Bachelor in Business, Arts or Science
