Sales Operations Coordinator/Supervisor

Sales Operations Coordinator/Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the Area Director (Southern Cone Region) in all commercial operations with the different buyers and payers. Will also work with territory managers monitoring and leading patients’ programs, as well as patients’ adherence to the infusions. Will report to Commercial Area Director and dotted line to Business Operations and Strategy Director LatAm. Manages and be the main regional contact to lead the forecast process and improve Sales Force data base applicability for Southern Cone.


Build analysis, develop and update reports in order to support Southern Cone and correspondent responsible to manage the business as well as to report performance evolution to regional operations structure.

Support Area Director / Country Manager in the control and report of Budget, Forecast and Long Range Plan exercises to support business management and reporting to the region.

Manage CRM information for the construction of analysis that will influence field force planning and tactics.

Coordinate the evolution of strategic projects in the region to ensure execution rigor, reporting also to region operations structure.

Roll out and manage Balance Score Card methodology in the country in order to improve salesforce’s performance evaluation and foster effectiveness improvement.

Support Area Director / Country Manager in managerial activities such as governance coordination.

Support regional operations structure in pricing activities, such as adjustments submissions and payers notification.

Sales Force database applicability: Develop new activities working together with sales operations team according to Southern Cone demand and provide trainings to all SF users 

Provide expertise in the analysis and interpretation of business opportunities by leveraging data from automated business systems


A minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare. In-house experience at a pharmaceutical/biotechnology organization strongly preferred.

Show solid analytical capabilities by demonstrating them through the usage of usual working tools such as Excel and Powerpoint.

Demonstrate very good communication skills, being assertive and concise.

Demonstrated effectiveness operating in complex organizational and regulatory environments.

High level of organization and accountability to coordinate different process simultaneously

Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.

Experience in analyses of data, focused on market intelligence

Proven ability to work with all levels of management and the general workforce.

Strong problem solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborating with others in addressing complex issues.


Bachelor´s Degree in administration, marketing, communication and related areas

Fluent English (Advanced level is mandatory)


Computer work, utilizing common software programs, The Sales Force and other correlated database and programs.
