Associate Manager, Marketing Operations

SUMMARY
The Associate Manager of Marketing Operations will be responsible for the adaptation and implementation of the Marketing strategy in Colombia in accordance with the guidelines and priorities defined in the LatAm strategy. He will also be responsible for the successful execution of the projects and the adaptation and maintenance of the marketing materials in the country.

RESPONSABILITIES
  • Work with regional marketing team to adapt and execute marketing projects and campaigns according with local needs
  • Support the corporate review process for promotional materials (PRB).
  • To be focal point to Marketing activities in Colombia and CAAC (bidge LATAM/countries)
  • Define marketing projects in Colombia and CAAC according with the regional strategy
  • Collaborate with regional team to effectively and efficiently share production-ready promotional materials and to develop local marketing strategies.
  • Work with external creative agencies to define and develop materials ready for field use. After Regional MKT Approval.
  • Lead and execute local campaigns as MPS Day, PR activities and other that involves stakeholders. Getting Regional MKT allignment
  • Support marketing local activities and materiales need to Patient Program in order to increase finding and adherence. Allign with Regional MKT
  • Work closely with regional MKT team in the follow up to digital strategies
  • Support the training of the sales team in communication and skills of presentation and use of materials.
  • Support and follow up of Stein Marketing Activities in CAAC
  • Guarantee Field Meetings follows a pre defined strategy. Support with regional disease awareness campaign and adapt if needed with regional support
  • Identify market opportunities in all territories and ensure successful execution of campaigns in territories through the implementation of new initiatives.
  • Strenght field comercial strategy in current territories and plan and execute identification campaigns in not covered territories
  • Support the Market Access and NGO Relationsip strategies to strenght local patient identification strategies and provide strategic support to access with payers.
  • Find strategic alliances with stakeholders that guarantee greater efficiency though
  • Define events annual plan according with annual budget and scientific societies schedule.
  • Set specific objectives for each event and develop metrics to measure success
  • Track budget execution of marketing materials and events planned for the year

EDUCATION
  • BS/BA degree in business
  • Fluent in English. Minimum B2

EXPERIENCE
  • A minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or industrial sector with experience in the implementation of marketing strategies in the field, adaptation of marketing materials to local needs, participation in regional projects and relationship management with suppliers.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness operating in complex organizational and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work with all levels of management and the general workforce.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with others in addressing complex issues.
  • Strong persuasive skills and sound business judgment.
  • Motivated, self-starter with ability to appropriately prioritize issues and allocate resources and be capable of working alone and making sound decisions.
