Associate Product Manager - MPS

Our global sales force continues to solidify the company’s commercial presence in the United States and Europe and is rapidly growing in other regions, such as Latin America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. This position requires a highly motivated, talented and potential individual to assist and support the LATAM Marketing team in the, coordination and execution of marketing initiatives. The Associate Product Manager is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing and sales tactics to increase find start and keep strategies in Latin America region

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support development of product marketing materials
  • Prepare for and attend medical meetings
  • Support execution of physician education programs
  • Maintain online product websites and coordinate regional content changes
  • Develop and maintain e-marketing strategies for patients and treating physicians.
  • Plan and execute patient compliance programs and patient advisory boards
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • “Can do” attitude to focus self and team on project delivery
  • Is highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven ability to develop strong relationships with a diverse set of individuals and groups
  • Ability to influence and generate commitment from others without direct authority through a solid understanding of stakeholders' needs and motivations
  • Extremely organized with strong project management skills to meet deadlines and drives projects forward by demonstrating tenacity
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal/ communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and able to take effective notes
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex data
  • Ability and willingness to learn
Expected Skills:
  • Understanding complex business model and regulatory environment, internal processes and procedures
  • Must exhibit to be able of performing in changing environments
  • Works with the highest degree of professionalism and in accordance with the company’s code of Ethics and Business Conduct
  • Maintain close liaison with the sales force, medical affairs, marketing and market access to ensure interchange of information and synergy in delivering results;
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, and problem solving ability with an analytical approach;
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work under pressure;
  • Time management and work on priorities to meet deadlines
  • Process oriented and work on commitment
  • Strong oral and written communication in Portuguese, Spanish and English skills
Experience:
  • Minimum 4 years of related marketing experience / pharmaceutical experience is a differential
  • Industry sales experience desired

Education:

Marketing degree or similar
English: Intermediate Level Desired
Spanish: Advanced Level Required
