SUMMARY

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the North America Controllership team,reporting to the Associate Director, North America Controllership.Thecandidate should be a strong collaborator who is able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The candidate must possess a desire to learn, grow, and develop their skills. Attention to detail and strongorganizational and prioritization skills are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Upload monthly journal entries and reconciliations related to various accounting functions
  • Liaise and follow up with business partners to ensure timely completion of monthly inputs for proper financial compliance
  • Prepare recurring journal entries and basic reconciliations
  • Process invoices inthe fixed assets subledger
  • Run monthly allocation programs and complete checks to ensure accuracy
  • Run and distribute various weekly transactional reports
  • Prepare supporting documentation for monthly variance analyses
  • Compile and roll-forward documentation for quarterly audit
  • Provide support on ad-hoc projects
  • Other duties to support the financial close

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of General Ledgeraccounting experience, or equivalent
  • Experiencein monthly close activities in a deadline-driven environment
  • ERP systems experience,preferably Oracle EBS or SAP
  • Excellent follow-through and communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance-related field

ONSITE REQUIREMENTS:
  • This team requires members to be onsite 2 days a week (Tuesdays & Thursdays).  There may be times when additional onsite is required.
