

Position: Brand Manager, LSD FIND - Global Brand Management

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join our global brand management team to lead global commercial strategy to shorten diagnostic odyssey for patients and families with rare diseases.
SUMMARY
The Lysosomal Storage Disease (LSD) franchise is currently BioMarin’s largest and is comprised of our flagship brands: Naglazyme, Vimizim and Brineura.This role is dedicated to global strategies and tactics to support earlier diagnosis for our LSD disease states: CLN2, MPS VI and Morquio A. This position reports to the Senior Director of the Global LSD Franchise.
This position offers a unique opportunity as it will play an active role across multiple BioMarin disease areas.This franchise role requires tactical, operational, organizational, problem solving, communications, and project management skills. Strong results orientation and a sense of urgency to get things done are critical. This professional is a disciplined risk-taker that embraces innovative approaches, and is comfortable in an entrepreneurial and growing commercial organization. Must be creative and adaptable to unique and changing situations, be goal-oriented, know how to set aggressive, achievable targets, and motivate internal cross-functional teams as well as third-party vendors and agencies.

EXPERIENCE and SKILLS
EDUCATION
• Bachelors degree, preferably in business or life sciences
• MBA preferred
