SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
State the overall function or purpose of the job.
This position will be responsible for a broaden support to all administrative activities for the Southern Cone Region. The purpose of this job is to maintain and support tasks that mostly are related to process and help from an administrative/operative point of view to solve them, so commercial team can maintain focus and their time allocation mainly on the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES
List the major responsibilities of the job.
• Create Pos and follow up payments and approvals.
• Update events calendar in a monthly basis and share with commercial and marketing team to ensure compliance with required dates
• Manage and update corporate tools  Veeva/Spring
• Support all administrative activities related to the business operations.
• Work very close to the Commecial Analyst and other areas to support process and accelerate results.

SCOPE
Quantify the scope or impact of the job in terms of revenue, expenses, capital investment, headcount, etc.
Responsible for supporting commercial process and administrative activities.

EDUCATION
State both the minimum and the preferred educational attainment (or equivalent experience), and describe essential and desired subject matter, certifications, special training, etc.
Bachelor administration, marketing or related areas.

EXPERIENCE
State both the minimum and the preferred number of years of relevant experience, and describe the essential functions of the job.
• No experience is required.
• Administrative support is the essential functions of the job.
