BioMarin’s Technical Operations group is responsible for creating our drugs for use in clinical trials and for scaling production of those drugs for the commercial market. These engineers, technicians, scientists and support staff build and maintain BioMarin’s cutting-edge manufacturing processes and sites, provide quality assurance and quality control to ensure we meet regulatory standards, and procure the needed goods and services to support manufacturing and coordinating the worldwide movement of our drugs to patients. Work with the Product Supply Chain Owners to establish a product catalog. Product catalog include key information on the product information, product and supply chain strategy, planning assumptions and product dashboards. Product catalog will be used for on-boarding of new team members to Product Supply Chain Teams, enable PSCOs to cover during vacations, and key input to the SCPT-People Capability deliverables. Product Catalogs will be the common framework to support portfolio reviews and archival system of product strategies.
A template will be provided to the intern, who will work with each PSCO to establish a product catalog for each of their products.
