State the overall function or purpose of the job.

The Executive Coordinator for Protein Manufacturing will the have responsibility for supporting the Protein Leadership Team, The Sr.  Director of Protein Manufacturing and 5 other Directors with general administrative duties, project management and report generation.  Additionally, the incumbent will support approximately 250 manufacturing staff indirectly through coordination of support activities.

Ability to work with employees at all organizational levels. In depth knowledge of company operations, policies and procedures. Good judgment and discretion a must in order to work with details of a highly critical and confidential nature. Ability to handle multiple,sometimes competing priorities. Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of all relevant factors. Networks with senior internal and external personnel. Receives little instruction on routine work, general instruction on new assignments. Develops methods for both ongoing and new assignments.

  • General administrative support.
  • Contract management.
  • Vendor management.
  • Oversight of employee lead teams.
  • Report creation and generation in support of the Make, Assess, Release Operations in Protein Manufacturing – such as headcount tracking and management, Advanced Excel Reporting and Data Analysis, preparation of Reports for Sr Level Review.
  • Web Site maintenance
  • Internal MS Teams Site management
  • Meeting Minutes and Action Item/Decision Log tracking
  • Communications oversight
  • Hiring coordination

Responsible for support of Protein Leadership Team and Galli Manufacturing Staff which comprises approximately 250 people.


State both the minimum and the preferred educational attainment (or equivalent experience), and describe essential and desired subject matter, certifications, special training, etc.

BA preferred

Advanced/Expert Microsoft Suite skills (Excel, Powerpoint, MS Teams), with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software

Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving and analytical skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities

Exceptional interpersonal skills

Friendly and professional demeanor
